Clothing Store Shopfitting for Aca Joe
When Aca Joe opened a new store, they needed a shopfitting partner who could deliver the full fit-out: wall systems, garment rails, display stands and the cash desk, all manufactured to the brand’s specifications and installed ready for trade.
Shop Display was contracted to supply all the shopfitting and display stands for the store.
What the project involved
Fashion retail puts particular demands on shopfitting. Garment displays need to carry weight without sagging, withstand constant restocking, and present stock at heights and densities set out in the brand’s merchandising guidelines. Working from Aca Joe’s approved store specifications, our team manufactured the complete fit-out in our Pinetown factory, including:
- Perimeter wall display systems and shelving
- Freestanding garment display stands
- Feature entrance joinery [confirm: timber-clad entrance portal]
- Counters and cash desk
Manufacturing in-house meant every component could be quality-checked before it left the factory, and the on-site installation could run to a tight programme. New stores trade from a fixed opening date, so the fit-out has to be right the first time.

A clean, durable fit-out that presents the Aca Joe range exactly as the brand intended, delivered on schedule for opening day.
