Balgotex is one of South Africa’s established flooring and textile manufacturers, and Shop Display has delivered a run of projects for the brand across both permanent and exhibition environments. From a head office showroom to award-worthy stands at Decorex in Johannesburg and Cape Town, we manufactured and installed each build to the supplied brief.
At the Balgotex head office showroom, we manufactured and installed a wall-mounted display system to present the full carpet and flooring range. The build combines a dark-framed sample wall holding the brand’s colour and texture range at a glance with rows of pull-out flooring boards, all set beneath a branded fascia. The system was built so the sales team can show clients the entire range efficiently in one considered space.
For Decorex, the brief moved from retail display to experiential exhibition. At the Johannesburg stand we manufactured and installed a striking arched, tunnel-form structure in the brand’s dark palette, complete with textured wall finishes, yarn-spool display racks and the raised branded fascia. The Cape Town stand carried the concept through with a warmer, arched entrance form, sculptural yarn displays and feature signage. Both stands were fabricated in our workshop, transported and installed on site to tight exhibition deadlines, then broken down after the show.
